Damage Verification Process:

To initiate a return or replacement due to damage, we kindly request that customers:

  • Provide a video recording of the unboxing process, capturing the item's condition as it is removed from its packaging. This serves as crucial evidence for damage verification.
  • Return the damaged item to Soulful Living for thorough inspection. Please note, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damage Verification Process:

Upon receipt and successful verification of the returned item's condition, Soulful Living will:

  • Process and dispatch a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer. We strive to ensure that the replacement process is smooth and hassle-free, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Time Frame for Returns:

To ensure eligibility for a replacement, please adhere to the following timeline:

  • Damaged items must be reported to Soulful Living within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The return process must be initiated, and the item dispatched back to us within 2 days of reporting the damage.
  • Soulful Living must receive the returned item no later than 7 days from the initial delivery date to the customer.

Condition of Returned Products:

To qualify for a replacement, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Include all original packaging and accessories that were shipped with the product.
  • Be in the condition in which they were received, barring the reported damage.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

Please note, our Returns and Refund Policy does not cover damage or dissatisfaction due to normal wear and tear or misuse. Each return request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility under our policy terms.
